DispatchBot is now a Logisticare Preferred Partner

DispatchBot is now a preferred integration partner with Logisticare. Using your DispatchBot account, you can automatically sync trip data to and from Logisticare. This means no more manually downloading a spreadsheet, and then uploading to DispatchBot. When Logisticare assigns a trip to you, it will appear in your DispatchBot portal automatically. This integration should reduce errors caused by delayed download/uploads between the two systems, and help ensure all passengers get to their appointments on time. Read more...

DispatchBot Driver App now works without a data connection

Some of our users service rural counties, or places that otherwise do not have adequate wireless data connections. This can make it difficult for drivers operating in those areas to electronically collect all trip data, or even keep an electronic manifest on their phone. The DispatchBot Driver App will now work offline. When the driver signs in for the day, his entire schedule will be downloaded at once. If the driver goes offline while updating a trip, these updates will be stored locally, until a wireless connection is available. Read more...

Using Excel to Quickly Generate Billing Estimates

Generating billing estimates for trips is a critical function for NEMT businesses. We’ve gotten a lot of feedback from users of DispatchBot that it would be extremely helpful if DispatchBot could tell a dispatcher how much revenue a trip would generate, so that an estimate could be given to the passenger ahead of time. This is a feature we are aware of and will be incorporating into DispatchBot soon. In the meantime however, we have developed an Excel workbook to help you generate those estimates in Excel. On-time performance and why its the most important thing you should be tracking

On-time performance (OTP) is a metric that tracks how many of your trips arrive and depart on time. When you’re negotiating contracts with a broker or other large organization, they’re going to ask about your on-time performance, and if yours is not satisfactory, you’re likely going to lose the bid or contract renewal. Even for small contracts and private-pays, passengers want to be picked up on time, and they want to get to their appointment on time. Read more...
